In the Municipality of Bosa (Oristano) on the western coast of Sardinia, in one of the most picturesque municipalities in Italy, dominated by the medieval castle of Serravalle, Sa Piatta 'e sa Malvasia takes place on May 1, as part of the event "Spring in the heart of Sardegna” promoted by the Municipality in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Nuoro. Stalls of typical local products and local crafts, with demonstrations of arts and crafts (basket and pot making, wood, filet, asphodel and filigree), extraordinary opening of local museums, entertainment for children, musical entertainment in the streets and in the squares, surround the opening of the Malvasia di Bosa doc cellars with guided tastings.
